Ely Community Veterans Day Program

November 11th is Veterans Day and, continuing our long held tradition, the people of the Ely American Legion will gather in the evening for food, fellowship and remembrance. Veterans and their families are, of course, cordially invited to attend.

As always, our dinner will be a potluck. Oyster stew, chicken noodle soup and chili will be prepared by the post Auxiliary and Sons of the Legion members. Please feel free to bring a dish to share.

The event is held with Veterans and their families in mind. Anyone in the greater Ely community who wishes to join others and honor America's veterans this day is encouraged to attend.

Social hour is at 5:30 pm with dinner, ceremonies, commentary and conversation to follow.
