During this 8-week course, students will explore clay as a expressive medium while learning fundamental ceramic techniques beyond the limitations of the potter’s wheel. With the combination of foundational methods, guided exercises, and group critiques, participants will discover how clay can reflect their authenticity as an artist and support a deeper understanding of their creative process. Each session combines skill-building with introspection, encouraging students to create work that utilizes their own process with results that can be uniquely their own.

*Prior ceramics experience is recommended.
