- **Event Description**: After a really nourishing summer away, I came home even clearer about how much this little community in Ely matters to me.

We met beautiful people and heard inspiring visions of communal life, but it made me want to put my attention back into what is already here: kind people getting to know one another through practice, not simply attending a class and leaving again.

That is what this next Sunday term is for. Rather than beginning from scratch each week, we have time to let the practice find a rhythm. We can return to the foundations, build through the postures, breathe, sit, rest, ask questions and gradually discover what yoga has to do with the way we live.

At its heart, this is a regular place to return to. A place to move, be quiet, have a cup of tea, have a laugh, and grow something together that reaches beyond the mat.

For those who have already been coming, thank you for being part of what is forming here. If you are new, come as you are. There is no expectation to be flexible, advanced, or any particular kind of person.
