Led by Melissa Joy Schoeller & co-teacher Chelsea Kroes

Join us for a fun winter weekend in the north woods! Come solo, partner, friends or family. Everyone is welcome. You will have the option for 2-3 classes daily- yoga & fitness, optional XC skiing or snowshoeing, winter hiking, sauna, polar plunging & cat naps! Meet new friends over home cooked meals and bonfire chats. Come see why folks attend this retreat every year! 

$750 per person for shared accommodations for 3 nights +$250 for a private room. Solo, double, triple & quad rooms within larger cabins. Can accommodate to most group sizes. Fireplaces in each cabin for ultimate coziness!

Includes:
Home cooked meals (dinner Thursday, Friday & Saturday //brunch Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Each cabin has a full kitchen so you can make coffee & snacks) 
2-3 classes daily (vinyasa, restorative, yin, nidra & barre & fitness!)
XC skiing (skis & snowshoes provided)
Bonfires
Finnish Sauna
Polar Plunge 
Winter hiking
