Yoga Nidra Bedtime Stories welcome everyone for whom sleep has become a struggle. These live, co-creative sessions are a soft landing place, offering kindhearted guidance and the warmth of shared community.

Soothing stories and simple meditative practices become a bridge—carrying you from wakeful tension into the healing embrace of rest.

A Bedtime Ritual for All Who Seek Rest

Each week, we gather online to share and create sacred space together. These 45-minute sessions are a gentle invitation to let go of the day, to lay down busyness, and to weave threads of kindness and compassion—both for yourself and for all beings—through your dreams.
