Flags Across America - Flag Set Up

Please join us this Friday, May 23 in placing flags on gravesites at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in honor of Memorial Day 2025.
We've had a great turn out in the past, and let's try to have an even larger team this year.

We will meet at 8:30 am at the Main Flagpole of the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. They will provide all volunteers with the necessary supplies, including flags.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the day.

For anyone interested in meeting for a PRE-SOCIAL, we will be meeting for breakfast at 7:30 AM at
Silver Dollar Restaurant
422 Mississippi Ave, Elwood, IL 60421

We will then head over to the remote parking lot and meet at the flagpole between 830 - 9 AM. Details on remote parking to be released soon.

After the event, for anyone interested, we may have a POST SOCIAL too!!!
