Join us for a gentle Sunday morning mindfulness walk at Griffith Park, Eltham. We’ll slow down, walk at an easy pace, and take time to pause, breathe, and notice what’s around us — creating space to reset and reconnect.
Peter will gently guide simple mindfulness practices along the way, with moments of quiet, reflection, and optional sharing. No experience needed — just come as you are.

The walk will be gentle and unhurried, with time spent both walking and practising mindfulness.
What to bring:
• Comfortable shoes
• Water
• Sun protection
Optional:
• A small snack if you’d like to take part in a short mindful eating practice
• A towel or mat for sitting on during rest and nature-based practices
