When gentle sounds are offered during relaxation the mind attaches to the sound and is able to drop more deeper into stillness than when there is silence.Nature sounds within the gardens include the hum of insects, ducks, leaves rustling in the wind, birds and the distant rumble of the Grotto waterfall providing an ambient backing track to the live instruments. The Soundscape will guide you into a state of deep relaxation where your body can rest & repair and your mind can take a break.You are welcome to arrive at Ripponlea at 9.15am and stroll through this tranquil oasis. The 50minute soundscape will begin at 9.30am. After the Sound Bath you are welcome to linger longer and picnic within the grounds.During the week before the event, you will be sent an email from Romy (Sound Healing Melbourne) with directions to assist you find the meeting spot. This event is weather dependent.
