I spent most of my life pushing, hustling, demanding more of myself; burnout is our Soul's way of screaming for us to find alignment in how we are living, to find balance between doing and being ?

Join me for Radical Rest - the only real radical thing about it really, is that we allow it for our self!  
.
This amazing day will hold and nourish you in ways you didn't even know where missing!  More than that you will explore rest and your relationship with it to ensure that you continue to allow yourself to steep in this beautiful relationship!

We will open with a 75 minute Restorative Yoga Class, followed by a 45 minute Circular Breath practice which is designed to bring you up close and personal with your most authentic Self - pour yourself into the Radical Rest Journal/workbook for an hour before nourishing your body with a delicious hOMe made lunch!

After lunch some discussion about clarity and the role the Herd plays in our programs here At hOMe, a visit to the Paddock to experience the healing power of being in the Herd before stepping back into an art integration and closing with a Yoga Nidra/Sound Bath finish to your day!
