Jan.26th Grounded @7:00pm $20pp : Winter is the season of rest, you are invited to claim your pillow pile and surrender to a gentle guided flow designed to make you feel so supported your body has no choice but to relax and reset! This class offers yoga nidra and sound bath as well. . MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE Jan. 14, 21, 28 @ 7:00pm $15pp . This class offers a therapeutic yoga warm - breathwork, gentle flow and opening stretches prepare you for the TRX portion of the class that will add body weight resistance to your yoga flow for results that enhance core strength, stability and overall mobility, and the icing on the cake is a cool down session with myofacial release using a variety of equipment! It truly is what every body needs! . BREATHE WITH ME Jan. 8th @ 6:30-8:30pm $45 . Welcome to leveling up your inhale/exhale game! I will be teaching several Breath techniques and practices, we will touch on the anatomy of breath and explore several simple exercises to support your breath capacity; we will touch on how the way you breathe impacts your pelvic floor, regulates your nervous system and is a key player in your natural pain management regime! Participants will receive a take home workbook, guasha tool, and tea and treats are included. .
