Enjoy a curated lineup of exceptional Champagnes—from bright Blanc de Blancs to rich, toasty vintage styles—each thoughtfully matched with an array of salty bites, from crisp gourmet chips to luxurious caviar.

We’re proud to feature Marshallberg Farm caviar, sustainably raised right here in North Carolina. As the largest producer of genuine Osetra caviar in the U.S., Marshallberg Farm is known for its environmentally responsible aquaculture and the exquisite quality of its caviar—rich, buttery, and perfectly balanced for Champagne.

It’s the perfect way to discover new bubbles, savor North Carolina’s finest delicacies, and toast the season in style—just in time for the holidays. 🥂

Tickets are $65 per person and include champagne, caviar, and food pairings. Champagnes will be offered at a discount on the night of the event.
