Mats, blankets, pillows, and chairs are provided in the space to suit your meditative preference. The sanctuary is a safe space, a sober space, and a confidential space. It is also a low-fragrance space, so please do not wear strong deodorants, perfume or cologne.

This sound bath will be an introduction to awareness meditation, followed by sound practice that will build a soundscape around awareness.  While this is 'beginner' work, it's important to return to the basics sometimes and understand the foundations of our practice.
