Open Sound Bath - Deep Relaxation

There is no set fee for this event — you choose the amount of your donation. A bowl is provided for anonymous donation, but PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle are available. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Space is limited. Mats, blankets, pillows, and chairs are provided in the space to suit your meditative preference. The sanctuary is a safe space, a sober space, and a confidential space. It is also a low-fragrance space, so please do not wear strong deodorants, perfume or cologne.

In our contemplative lives, we often talk about "doing the work", but sometimes you just need to rest and recover. This sound bath is an opportunity - and permission - to do just that. Come and stretch your soul out on the floor for awhile and let soothing tones wash through you. Catch the Whale Dream and float in Oceans of Peace. Seriously, you don't have anything better to do on a Thursday night.
