We'll enjoy a unique experience on the river with a relaxing paddle from Fitch's Bridge Boat Launch in Elmira, NY to Grove Street Boat Launch in Elmira, NY.Meet us at Grove Street Boat Launch at 5PM to leave your vehicles, then we'll shuttle all paddlers to Fitch's Bridge to go over river safety guidelines and launch our watercraft by 5:30pm. See detailed rental instructions below.Please dress for the weather and bring/wear water shoes, a hat, sunscreen, a re-usable water bottle, a change of clothes is recommended, and a life jacket if you have one. LIFE JACKETS ARE REQUIRED, we will have life jackets available if you don't have one. Snacks are also recommended!The FCRW Kayak Rental price includes the guided river tour and a kayak rental (if you need one, we have a very limited number of kayaks available). We will meet at Grove Street Boat Launch at 5PM . Paddlers will leave their vehicles at Grove Street, FCRW will shuttle paddlers to Fitch's Bridge for a safety talk and then launch our watercraft by 5:30PM.The BYOK (Bring your own kayak) price includes the guided river tour. Paddlers bringing their own craft will drop them off at the start of the paddle at Fitch's Bridge Boat Launch between 4-4:45pm where an FRCW Staff will watch over them, then travel to Grove Street Boat Launch to meet Cait and the rest of the paddlers at 5PM.
