360 Free Yoga Series!

Thursday, November 27th at 9am

A monthly class that allows beginners and other levels of experience, to try a new class and find which flow you love most!

Susan will be leading a special Gratitude Flow in in honor of Thanksgiving Day! This will be a class for everyone, regardless of experience. This will be a lovely way to, not only start the holiday, but prepare for the delicious food we’ll be enjoying that day!

There is no fee or registration needed for this class.

All are welcome. Located at 360 E. 14th Street, Elmira Heights
