- **Event Description**: This June, wind down as the sun begins to set with a Sunset Sound Bath in the Wilder Formal Gardens under the wedding tent. Join us on Monday to be guided on a journey in sound and deep listening.

A Sound Bath, or Sound Meditation, is the intentional use of sound with simple mindfulness practices to create a gentle yet deeply transformative therapeutic and restorative effect on your body and mind. 

Find a comfortable seat or lie down and allow the soothing vibrations of the singing bowls and other instruments to wash over your body, allowing you the space to rest and relax.

Do your best to arrive 10 - 15 min early to check in with Dana, receive your complimentary tea, and set up your spot. 

Please bring something comfortable to sit or lay down on such as a yoga mat, camp chair, blankets, and/or pillows.

This will be outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of rain or thunderstorms, we will move into Wilder Mansion if it is not in use.
