PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS! Arriving early helps us to start on time.
If you are arriving late, please let us know. If you arrive 30 minutes after your event start time, our team will not be able to catch you up.

⭐⭐⭐Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our events, ALL reservations are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Should you need to reschedule your reservation, and a minimum 24-hour notice is REQUIRED for groups up to 3 persons. Groups of 4+ will need to provide 4-day notice. Your reservation will be transferred into a studio credit that can be applied to a future paint event, or take-home kit from our Elmhurst studio. 24- HOUR or 4-Day EMAIL NOTICE has to be sent to ELMHURST@PINOTSPALETTE.COM. This policy applies to all circumstances including COVID-19.
