Gathering herbs from the woods for food and medicine is a practice that has been used for decades, allowing for full confidence in one's self-reliance and sustainability. In this class we talk about various herbs and plants that grow abundantly in the area and have been used since
the beginning of mankind. These are identifiable and healing herbs and may sustain the body for various purposes. Learning how and when to apply at times for ailments is life changing.
