Please note: depending on crowd size and experience, we could split into two groups during certain riding portions. 
Please bring a ranch rope. If you need help picking your first rope, feel free to reach out for suggestions! 

As always, it is free to bring a camper/trailer and run a generator. You're also welcome to bring a tent, as there is a bathhouse available to overnight guests during this event. It is also free to bring portable panels to set up for your ponies! Otherwise, limited overnight accommodations are available for horses and humans--please select that during registration. 

Friday, October 23
-Arrive anytime around noon
-Get campers hooked up/find lodging
-Enjoy free time on the ranch at the barn, in your quarters, or on your pony
-1:30pm-lunch & introductions 
-3pm-3:45-Roping on the ground
-4:30-5:30-Flagwork 
-4:30-5:30pm-Herd management
-7Pm-Dinner by the fire

Saturday, October 24
-8:30am-Quick Breakfast
9:30am-Be warmed up
	-Roping the dummy/sled
	-Gather the herd
	-Boxing practice
-12:00pm-dismount 
-12:30pm-lunch at the barn
-2:00-Saddle Up
	-Big Loop Roping practice
-4:00-Unsaddle & enjoy a short break
-6:00-Craft Time
-7:00pm-unsaddle & grab dinner by the fire

Sunday, October 25
-9am-Breakfast & devotional
-10:30am-Be warmed up
	-Bring in the herd
	-Number cattle
	-Cattle Sorting Practice/Competition
-Happy Trails!
