- **Event Description**: Join us in community as we honor the turning of the light through sound, rhythm, and intention. This special gathering blends rhythmic percussion, meditative soundscapes, and gentle ritual to celebrate the Winter Solstice — the moment when darkness gives way to the returning sun.

Guided by Integral Sound Healing Practitioner Sen Wilde, this community healing drum circle blends rhythmic percussion, flutes, gongs, and healing songs to invite relaxation, reflection, and renewal. Through rhythm and intention, we’ll co-create vibrations of healing and harmony for ourselves and for the greater good.

? What to Expect:

A community drum circle centered on healing and renewal. All participants are encouraged to bring their own drums or percussion instruments. Some instruments will be provided for those who do not have their own. 

Active participation in the circle is encouraged but not required — you are equally welcome to simply be present, listen, and receive a collective intention for the health and wellbeing of ourselves and our community. 

A welcoming, inclusive space for all ages, abilities, and experience levels (please note: infants and toddlers may be sensitive to sound. Parental discretion advised.)

~ A drum, rattle, or percussion instrument (if you have one). 
~ An open heart and intention for healing
~ Water for replenishment

? Energy Exchange:

This event is offered by donation — no one will be turned away. All are welcome. 50% of donations will be gifted back to UUCE in gratitude.
