- **Event Description**: If you’ve ever been told to quiet down, “calm” your anger,
or hide your frustration, this workshop invites you to see
anger differently—not as something to fear, but as energy
asking to be understood. Together we’ll explore anger as
information: where it shows up in the body, what it’s
trying to protect, and how it can move through us safely
instead of burning out. Flamework is about turning heat
into clarity—building language, boundaries, and
confidence in expressing what matters most.

This workshop is intended to be explorative and is intended to compliment, not take the place of mental health therapy or clinical counseling services.

There is no admission fee for this event.  Light refreshments and materials will be provided.  Donations are welcomed to help cover coasts.

Dasha Esteban Markovich (she/her) is a student at College of the Atlantic focusing on Psychology, Creative Expression, and Feminist Therapy practices. 
Dasha's work explores how art, mindfulness, and storytelling can serve as pathways for healing and self-discovery. As an intern with Resilient Women, Dasha designed and will facilitate a series of 3 trauma-informed workshops rooted in community care and emotional literacy. Dasha's approach blends breathwork, journaling, and creative reflection to invite participants to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover their own agency. 
Dasha believes that healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about remembering our capacity to feel, connect, and imagine again.
