Ever wake from a dream you can’t shake—or feel
images you can’t quite name? Have you ever had lucid
dreams? This is a gentle way to listen inward. You’ll
explore symbolic language and experiment with
expressive arts like collage and guided journaling.
The focus is on curiosity, symbolism, and building compassion for your inner world.
This workshop is intended to be explorative and is intended to compliment, not take the place of mental health therapy or clinical counseling services.
Light refreshments and workshop supplies are provided. There is no admission cost for this event. Donations are welcomed to assist with covering costs.

Dasha Esteban Markovich (she/her) is a student at College of the Atlantic focusing on Psychology, Creative Expression, and Feminist Therapy practices.
Dasha's work explores how art, mindfulness, and storytelling can serve as pathways for healing and self-discovery. As an intern with Resilient Women, Dasha designed and will facilitate a series of 3 trauma-informed workshops rooted in community care and emotional literacy. Dasha's approach blends breathwork, journaling, and creative reflection to invite participants to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover their own agency.
Dasha believes that healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about remembering our capacity to feel, connect, and imagine again.
