Winter Solstice Deep Release Yoga & Gift Exchange

Give to your body, give to each other, and give to the community. Tonight is all about giving all the way around.

Join us for an evening of deep myofascial release yin yoga, followed by a fun gift exchange! Healthy treats and refreshments will be available to everyone after the class.

Bring a small wrapped gift to class. Pssst... we also have gift certificates available to purchase if you'd like to give the gift of yoga ;).

ALL proceeds will be donated to the Elliot Lake Food Bank
