New Year’s Kids Yoga Adventure (Ages 3–7)

Blast off into 2026 with a playful, imagination-filled kids yoga class designed just for our little movers! Join Miss Stephanie in this New Year’s adventure, children ages 3–7 will explore gratitude, breath, music, and movement as we “launch” into a brand-new year.

Together, we’ll stretch like astronauts, shine like stars, and float through a calming space journey — all while learning simple tools for focus, confidence, and emotional regulation. Parents are welcome to watch and enjoy the magic.

A fun, uplifting way to close out 2025 and welcome the year ahead! 🚀🌟
