Are you interested in low-impact exercise? If so, come try Aqua Fit!

Aquatic exercises for seniors can help reduce pain and relieve arthritis symptoms without the joint discomfort often associated with other types of exercise. If you need a ride, we will be leaving at 8:15 a.m. from the Elders Recreation Building.
Entry fee and snack will be provided. Please remember to bring the essentials: towel, bathing suit, and sandals.
