Take a break from your busy summer to enhance your mental and physical well-being! Join us for a fun and relaxing experience for both horses and humans.
 
* Develop somatic practices that help participants cultivate an inner calm and a stronger connection with their horse.
 
* Observe how light touch along the horse’s bladder meridian helps them release tension and experience relaxation.
 
* Gain nervous system regulation techniques to practice - even when it is too hot/cold to ride, or whenever you want to show your horse appreciation.
 
Foundational class for future programs.
Open to all disciplines.

About Liz Piacentini-
  
Liz Piacentini completed Daniel Stewart's Pressure Proof Coaching program in 2014, and became an Equine Specialist in Mental Health & Learning in 2020. She previously volunteered for therapeutic riding centers and has successfully competed in both Dressage and Working Equitation. Currently, Liz enjoys spending time with her Canadian mare, Destiny.
