In these trying times it is important to find grounding, to find what brings us joy, to find our bliss. Using the concept of triggers and glimmers we will explore finding our bliss inside and outside of church.

REV. SCOTT DILLARD is an ordained Interfaith Minister who speaks in Unitarian Universalist pulpits throughout the Southeast. He is recently retired from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, where he was a Professor of Rhetoric and Chair of the Department of Communication.
Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Blackburn College, and an M. S. and PhD in Speech Communication (Performance Studies) from Southern Illinois University. His areas of expertise and interest are performance studies, narrative, queer theory, gay spirituality and service learning. Rev. Dillard is also the former Dean of the Mountain School for Congregational Leadership.
Scott and his husband, our member Chris Lamphere, have a daughter, Katrina, a grandson, Brandon, and two granddaughters, Lillian and Rosaline. They also have a demon Schnauzer, Sasha.
