We will do a WALKING lap around the lake while we discuss how our program works and how awesome our members and coaches are?

☕️We will have coffee and donuts for all! Come meet us and learn what we’re all about. Please meet at Centennial Playground SOUTH to the left of the big playground + bathrooms.

?Our next 8-week session begins SUNDAY, March 22nd and runs through May 3rd, with an optional race to participate in on Sunday, May 17th (Women's Distance Festival)

‼️EACH SESSION WILL INCLUDE:

?Running Social Event (partnership with local running/health+ wellness stores/individuals in the area)
?Fun Run (family fun runs, scavenger hunts, and more!)
?Gear (FIT4MOM Hoco Themed Apparel)
?Challenges (with prizes!)
?End of Session Celebration (generally with a potluck!)
