- **Event Description**: We are sprucing up the visitor moorings and amenities on the beautiful and popular Llangollen Canal in Ellesmere. The tasks will vary but can include painting of canal-side features, hedge-planting, weeding and planting gardens, litter-clearance from land and water, repairing towpaths and a variety of other tasks depending on what’s most needed in that area.

You will need suitable outdoor clothing you don’t mind getting a bit mucky. Some sturdy shoes are advisable as is waterproof clothing or sunscreen where necessary. For full day sessions bring a packed lunch and drinks. We provide all tools and materials.
You don’t have to work a full day. Volunteers can choose when they work on the day - it’s up to you!
