This program is led by University of Maryland Extension educators in consultation with registered dietitians.The Dining with Diabetes program is offered as a series of four weekly classes and one follow up class after three months.Each in-person session includes an interactive diabetes education module and diabetes-friendly recipe demonstrations or food tastings.Session DatesMondays 5:30pm - 7:30pm: October 26th, November 2nd, November 9th, November 16th. Reunion Session: Monday, February 22ndParticipants are expected to be able to attend all 4 sessions.
