This powerful 9D Breathwork and Reiki experience is an invitation to return home to yourself.

Through immersive sound, transformational breathwork, guided visualization, and Reiki healing, you'll be guided to release the beliefs, fears, and limitations that may be standing between you and the life you are meant to live. As layers begin to fall away, space is created for greater trust, clarity, confidence, and openness to new possibilities.

Abundance is not simply about money or material success.

What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a deeply immersive experience that combines intentional breathing techniques with multidimensional sound, guided coaching, meditation, subconscious reprogramming, and powerful frequencies designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation.

As you journey through the experience wearing headphones, the sound feels as though it is moving around and through you, creating a profoundly engaging and often life-changing experience.

Throughout the session, Amanda will hold space and offer Reiki healing to those who wish to receive additional energetic support.

No previous experience is necessary. Whether you are brand new to breathwork or have attended many sessions before, this journey will meet you exactly where you are.

SOME ESSENTIALS & SUGGESTIONS

The beathwork session will last approximately 90-120 minutes. Leaving time for the breathwork joureny and extra time for integration afterword. You may bring your own journal for personal insights or if you feel called to share we will have a share circle after to aid in integration and allow for any questions.

• Eat lightly or consider fasting a few hours before the session.
• Wear comfortable clothing.
• Bring a water bottle.
• Comfy mats, blankets, headphones, and eye masks will be provided. Feel free to bring your own or anything that may help you settle in and feel comfortable.
• Most importantly, bring an open heart and a willingness to explore what is possible.

Sometimes the greatest abundance we can experience is the freedom that comes from trusting ourselves again.

? PLEASE READ!!! It’s crucial to understand breathwork isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. This journey isn't advisable for all individuals— Breathwork may not be for you if you have the following conditions: Some Cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurysms, epilepsy or history of seizures. Anyone on heavy medication, severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia, bipolar disorder, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, an active addiction. Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support. Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis.
