Mosaics & Mindfulness Workshop

Join mindfulness and creativity in this unique workshop!!
You will design & create 2 lovely coasters, and one wooden board. Guided mindfulness meditation will be offered to quiet the mind.
Light refreshments & drinks will be included!!
Bring a yoga mat and anything else you may need to relax into the meditation!
