- **Event Description**: As winter settles in, we invite you to gather for an intimate Chef’s Table inspired by the timeless flavors and techniques of French cooking.

This evening draws from the French countryside, with a menu that unfolds slowly and intentionally. Courses move from light, composed beginnings into rich, comforting classics, anchored by traditional preparations, thoughtful pacing, and a closing French cheese course. It is a winter table meant to linger over.

As with all of our Chef’s Table dinners, this is a guided, communal dining experience. Seating is limited, and the evening is designed to feel personal, warm, and unhurried.

Reservations are made online. After your reservation is placed, we will personally call to confirm your details and answer any questions about the evening. This helps us ensure the best possible experience for everyone at the table.

~ A curated wine pairing will be offered as an optional addition, with selections announced closer to the event.

~ Space is limited. Reservations are required.

The Menu  ~ $125.00 per person

First Course ~ Smoked Salmon Soleil
Smoked salmon and dill cream cheese with roasted pepper dip and toasted pine nuts.

Second Course ~ Beef Bourguignon
Classic French beef stew slowly braised in red wine, served with warm baguette.

Third Course ~ French Onion Soup
Slow cooked onions in rich beef broth with crostini, Gruyère, and Asiago.

Fourth Course ~ Winter Greens Salad
Mixed greens tossed in Champagne vinaigrette with roasted shallots, toasted walnuts, peppered chèvre, and fresh herbs.

Fifth Course ~ Wild Strawberry Mint Sorbet
A bright, refreshing pause between courses.

Sixth Course ~ Duck à l’Orange
Pan seared duck with confit, orange marmalade, and orange demi glace.

Seventh Course ~ Crème Brûlée
Classic French custard with caramelized sugar crust.

Eighth Course ~ French Cheese Course
Choux with herbed Boursin, coffee rubbed chèvre, and Brie.
