Heart Sanctuary presents: Self-acceptance Workshop for Kids (ages 11-14)

Join us at Violets In Bloom for a fun and empowering experience. This 1.5-hour workshop is thoughtfully designed to guide preteens through the practice of self-acceptance and the importance of embracing their individuality.

Participants will:

• ✨ Practice calming breathing and meditation techniques
• 💬 Engage in meaningful small group discussions about self-worth and confidence
• 🎨 Participate in an interactive craft activity that promotes creativity and reflection

Through this hands-on and heart-centered experience, youth will leave feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to love themselves just as they are.

• A link to the form will be sent after registration
• Due to limited space, parents are kindly asked to either:

-Wait outside during the workshop

-Return for pick-up when the session ends
