- **Event Description**: The Oxford Circle Chapter of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees is proud to announce our Annual Health Insurance Fair and Luncheon on Wednesday, November 19 at 12:30 PM. This will be held at The New Olympia House, 7342 Castor Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.

All federal retirees and their spouses are welcome. The cost is $10 for members and $30 for nonmembers. If a retiree joins NARFE during the Luncheon, they can pay the members rate of $10.

Representatives from Blue Cross and AETNA will explain their plans and any updates for 2026.

Lunch will include:
Soup of the day, with 3 choices including snapper soup

Your Choice:
*Chicken Parmigiana with two vegetables or pasta

*Hot Roast Beef over Bread with gravy includes two vegetables or pasta

*Greek Salad with Grilled Salmon (complete)

Beverage-Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea and Soda
