Aerial Yoga incorporates breath, guided movements, and the aerial hammock to create a secure setting where students can easily explore balancing poses, backbends, and inversions. We apply the fundamental principles of yoga postures to form similar shapes and stretches. If you practice yoga regularly, many of the poses will be familiar, and the hammock will offer a fresh perspective on your practice. While all experience levels are welcome, having some basic yoga experience is recommended.
Join us for an invigorating Aerial Yoga workshop designed to enhance your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. This unique practice combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a suspended fabric hammock, allowing for a deeper stretch and a new perspective on your practice.
