Join us for a heart-centered Winter Solstice Ceremony that blends Yin Yoga and Guided Meditation into a deeply restorative and soul-reflective experience. Held in a candlelit space, this ceremony invites you to pause, soften, and connect with your inner light as the season shifts.

* Opening Circle with intention-setting and seasonal reflection
* A slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice to release tension and invite stillness
* A deeply nourishing Guided Meditation to journey inward and reconnect with your inner wisdom
* Gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system and balance your energy
* Optional journaling prompts to support release and renewal
* A quiet, sacred space to honor both the ending and the beginning
This ceremony is a beautiful way to close the year with intention and grace. Whether you're seeking reflection, healing, or simply a peaceful pause, you’ll leave feeling rooted, renewed, and ready to move forward with clarity.
All levels welcome. Bring a journal, cozy layers, and anything you'd like to place on the altar (crystals, seasonal symbols, etc.).
