This is not your typical yoga class, the intention of this class is to create a safe space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and reconnect to ourselves and those around us...

Welcoming all levels of Yogis, no experience needed, the event will start with powerful breath-work followed by a 35 min yoga Soul Flow that will lead into a guided meditation followed by a 20-minute transformative sound healing journey with Crystal Quartz Chakra Singing Bowls, Chimes, and other sacred instruments. Sound healing can cleanse negative energy and emotions, and break any patterns or behaviors and subconscious fears that are no longer serving you. It is a powerful healing method, by listening to specific frequencies our body reacts by releasing any old trauma and emotions that are stored within the body which in return invites you to feel a more relaxed and peaceful state of being.

This experience will enrich you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually..

Meet your instructor:

As a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor, sound healing facilitator, conscious mentor, nature enthusiast, and life alchemist Cookie has been long aware of the innate connections between humans and the natural world. In cultivating internal stillness through the ocean, instrument sounds and the practice of energy medicine, Cookie began to notice the inherent energy flow that is present in all life and has rediscovered the vital knowing that all connections begin first with the self, and ripple outward from there. Cookie believes that when we allow ourselves to re-align with patterns of intelligence through breath, mindfulness, and natural-based awareness practices, there is limitless potential to tap into our innate wisdom and begin sharing our authentic gifts with the world.
