Grounded Yoga is a slow, static class focused on building a strong foundation through careful alignment, steady holds, and the supportive use of props. This practice emphasizes stability, body awareness, and ease, allowing students to explore each posture with intention and clarity.

Rather than flowing quickly between poses, we take time to settle, refine alignment, and cultivate a sense of grounding and presence. Props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters are used to make postures accessible and supportive for all bodies.

Ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone seeking a mindful, steady practice that prioritizes safety, confidence, and connection to the breath.

Cost: $20 or inclusive to Membership
