Who Should Attend
Parents and caregivers of children ages 6–14 who experience moderate to high levels of anxiety that impact daily life.

What You’ll Learn
Across this multi-session series, parents will explore:
• Understanding how anxiety works and how it affects families
• Strategies that build emotional resilience in children
• How parental modeling influences children’s emotional responses
• Encouraging flexible and realistic thinking
• Addressing avoidance and using the “fear ladder” to face fears gradually
• Effective ways to respond when children feel anxious
• Step-by-step problem-solving skills to maintain progress over time
Participants will receive a Fear-Less Triple P Workbook and practical tools that can be applied immediately at home.
Training Details
• Series format – attend 3 sessions for full learning
• 2 Continuing Education credits (CEs) available at each session
• Dinner provided 
• Childcare provided
