Drummed into Stillness is a deeply restorative yoga experience where the body is invited into rest through rhythm, vibration, and supportive stillness. Students settle into fully supported restorative postures while the teacher moves through the room, gently playing a medicine drum over and around the body.

The low, steady rhythms are felt as much as heard, offering a somatic invitation for the nervous system to soften, the breath to slow, and the body to release layers of held tension. Without effort or expectation, the practice becomes one of receiving—allowing sound and vibration to guide you toward a state of grounded calm and embodied presence.

This class is slow, quiet, and nourishing. No yoga experience is required. Touch and proximity are always optional, and you are welcome to opt out, adjust props, or rest in stillness at any time.
