Turn up the heat—inside and out. Buddha Burn blends mindful yoga flow with the intensity of resistance training in a heated room. Using wrist and ankle weights, this class challenges your strength, stability, and stamina while keeping the focus rooted in breath and awareness.

Expect to sculpt, sweat, and strengthen while cultivating calm amidst intensity—where mindfulness meets muscle.

What to Expect:

* Dynamic heated flow (approx. 90–95°F)
* Optional wrist + ankle weights to deepen engagement
* Strength and endurance-focused sequences
* Grounding cooldown + meditation to restore balance

All levels welcome (weights optional)
