Through movement, breath, and ritual, we’ll stoke the inner flame that fuels creativity and self-leadership, helping you align with your most vibrant, fearless self.

What to Expect:
* Fiery flow or embodiment sequence to activate solar energy
* Guided meditation + intention setting for new cycles
* Journaling or reflection to channel clarity and direction
