Join us for the 6th Annual Elkhart East Hamfest — and help us continue the growth of one of Northern Indiana’s premier amateur radio events!

We’re excited to once again offer:
• A great indoor location with plenty of room and outdoor flea market
• Wholesale and retail vendors
• Door prizes
• VE Testing
• And much more!

☕ FREE coffee will be available, and B&T BBQ will be returning with catered food on-site, just like in previous years.

🔧 Vendor Setup Times
• Friday, July 31st: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM EDT
• Saturday, August 1st: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM EDT

⚠️ Setup outside of assigned times must be approved in advance.

• Hamfest: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EDT

📝 VE Testing
• One testing session this year
• Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM EDT
• Hosted by: Goshen Amateur Radio Club
• Last call: 30 minutes before the session ends

🚚 Tear Down
• Saturday, August 1st: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM EDT
• Loading doors are only open during setup and teardown
• No vehicles allowed in the facility during event hours
