Homeschool Social - The Muscles We Use In Gymnastics

Ages 6–12
$10 per child • MEMBERS FREE

Join us for a special Homeschool Social Event all about the muscles we use in gymnastics! Through fun challenges, stations, and guided activities, kids will explore how their bodies move, which muscles they activate, and how strength helps them learn gymnastics skills.

We’ll learn about:

Core muscles that help with balance and stability

Arm and shoulder muscles used for support and weight-bearing

Leg and glute muscles that power jumps, kicks, and tumbling

Back muscles that help with posture and control

Kids will build confidence, try new skills, and connect with others—all while learning how amazing their bodies are through movement and play!
