Stress Management Class

Join us at the Elk Rapids Library for a class on Stress Management. Diane Butler is a registered nurse, certified in holistic health. She will be discussing the causes and impact stress has on us. We will then practice some relaxation techniques such as breath-work, meditation and guided imagery.
