Enjoy trunk-or-treating with Elk Grove Police Department, a DJ dance party, costume contests, a live band parade, bubble zone, food trucks, art activities, and more spooky fun!

🍬 Trunk-or-Treat: Stop by all the decorated Elk Grove Police Department trunks to grab your candy.
🍬 Fab-BOO-lous Bubble Zone & Entertainment Stage: Bring your kids to our bubble zone and entertainment stage sponsored by Wilton Rancheria for some fall fun. Dance to a LIVE DJ with family and friends!
🍬 FANG-tastic Art Zone: Visit the art zone for coloring and art activities.
🍬 Kid Costume Contest (18 and under) & Adult Costume (18+): Think you have the best Halloween costume? Enter our contest to show off your costume and win cool prizes (beginning at 7:15PM)!
🍬 Pet Costume Contest*: Don't leave your furry friends out! Get your pet ready for a fun costume contest too.
*Pet relief area will be provided. All pets must be leashed, harnessed, or in a carrier. Pet owners assume all risk and responsibility for their animals.
🍬 SPOOK-tacular Marching Band Parade:
