Getting back on track for the third Saturday of January (thank you to everybody who showed up on the second weekend of January for some impromptu cleanups), we hope to spruce up another part of northern Elk Grove. This is right on the border with the county of Sacramento. ?
Looking at the map, we hope to clean up some streets, and venture into the ever needy Fales Park. The Park suffered some vandalism in 2025, and although it will take time for repairs to be made, we can still do some sprucing up in that area.
Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as this event may require a bit of walking. Let’s get those steps in for our January fitness goals! Lol. ?
Best place to park is along Geneva Pointe Drive, or if Monterey Trail high school has open lots, we can also park there. 

Elk Grove is worth the work!
New to cleanups? Please arrive early  to get signed in and get gear. If you have supplies, please bring your own gloves, buckets, bags, but we have items for you. Buckets, gloves, grabbers, vests, bags. 
Please wear appropriate clothing, boots ? or closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, hats, and bring your own water. 
All cleanups are done at your own risk, but safety first! Our trash safety talk starts promptly at 9:00 am.
