Mushroom log innoculation workshop

Learn how to grow mushrooms on logs! You'll learn about what wood to use, ideas on where to get it, the tools and materials needed, and get hands on experience with the process. You'll also get to see how we manage the mushroom logs on our farm and hear about the lessons we've learned along the way. Participants will inoculate a shiitake mushroom log to take home with them. This is an outdoor class so come dressed for the weather. We will have additional mushroom logs and mushrooms available for purchase at the event. click link to purchase tickets!
