Step onto your mat ready to move, finding balance amid wobbling is part of our groove! In this all-levels 60-minute flow class, we’ll explore yoga designed to spark focus, build stability, and invite play and self-acceptance. Expect a blend of grounding poses, balance challenges, and just enough burn to keep things lively. Whether you’re brand new to mindful movement or great at goddess, you’ll leave feeling more centered and steady.

Taught by Jen Williams, who promises you can learn just as much - if not more - from falling out of a pose than by achieving any “perfect” posture.

*** During this time we are also offering Kids Scrapbooking & Cooking from 10a-12p. The kids get to scrapbook about their summer & learn how to cook frittatas. After the fun we will enjoy the frittatas the kids made! Perfect time for parents to enjoy time for themselves and join in on the playful balanced focus flow class with Jen! ***
